  • Cameron joined our team in March 2021, bringing with him college-based technical knowledge and a strong enthusiasm for learning. Since starting with us, he has developed his skills through hands-on experience and real-world problem solving.
  • Cameron is particularly skilled at stripping down laptops and PCs and rebuilding them with precision and care. He has a methodical approach and takes pride in doing things properly.
  • He specialises in organising and restoring digital systems, including sorting messy files and emails, reorganising cloud files back onto PCs and laptops, and migrating data safely between systems. Cameron is also experienced in moving emails from old accounts to new ones, setting up new email systems, and transferring contacts smoothly.
  • Reliable, careful, and detail-focused, Cameron plays a key role in both technical repairs and digital organisation, helping customers get their systems back under control.

Meet Carol

Carol brings a unique mix of professional experience to Emscom, with a background spanning the NHS, the aerospace industry (working as a buyer), and childcare. This varied experience means she understands both complex systems and the importance of patience, clarity, and calm communication.

Carol specialises in supporting customers who feel stressed or overwhelmed by technology, particularly when passwords, emails, or important data have been lost. She takes a clear, stepbystep approach, helping people feel confident and back in control.

She is also well known within the team for her ability to set up and troubleshoot printers, both at home and in the office — earning her the nickname of our “printer whisperer”.

Friendly, patient, and highly organised, Carol is often the reassuring voice that helps customers relax while their problems are carefully resolved.

  • With over 30 years of hands-on experience, Matt brings practical expertise and reliable solutions to every job.
  • In 1996, Matt founded his own company and has been solving technology problems ever since.
  • Matt specialises in PC and laptop repairs, custom gaming machines, home and business networking, and complete Microsoft 365 setup, including domain moves and business migrations.
  • He also writes software and excels in fine soldering and complex technical repairs.
  • More than just computers, Matt has successfully repaired record players, sound systems and even model railway equipment.
